Vicki Keen has been with 1st Alliance since the business opened in August of 2004. This is her first experience in the insurance industry. Prior to this, Vicki was a successful hair dresser in Jackson, MS where she worked for over 30 years. This experience has given her much understanding of customer service and she is great at it!! Vicki is the agency's office manager/agent.
